A couple of years ago, I used Steve and his builders to assist me in building a two car garage and retirement office at my home in Dover. Even though I used an architect to prepare the plans, it is always difficult to build an addition to an existing structure. Steve's construction knowledge and experience were invaluable in coordinating the work with other contractors as well as working out unforeseen problems with local code enforcement officials.

The time of year that I did my construction could not have been worse. It was a bitter cold and stormy winter. They completed the work on time, within my budget and I was delighted with finished product.

I use my office on a daily basis and it is an outstanding example of his ability to make things work.
